I think this
represents Peeta as his character to a T. Since they are in the same district
they are supposed to just work and not care for anything else but it really
shows his personality. It tells that he
is actually a caring person not what the other say about him is false and
actually different from everyone else in the district. Also that katniss should trust him because he isnt what he seems.

In this scene of the hunger games you see Peeta getting yelled at by his strict mother. He is getting yelled at for burning a batch of bread that he made in the bakery that he works at. When he walks outside to throw it to the animals he see Katniss sitting there in the rain and instead of the giving it to the animals he throws it

My Favorite Scene
For my favorite scene I chose the book the fault in our stars. Though its not a movie yet, the reading is so detailed and nice that once you start this book you wont be able to stop in till find out the twisted ending. Its like a movie in your head while reading. I chose to spotlight the part of the book after Hazel finds the letter that Augusts had wrote to her favorite author, kind of telling him to get his things together because when they met him it was nothing they were expecting. its the very end of the letter and it really just wraps up how she feels for him truly and makes it all come together. I really like this part because its the ending of the letter and she has just finished and saw how much he cared for her and how they really were together. also because I love Augustus and how him and Hazel fit together he is good for her and she is good for him in their own separate ways. though its not the part when they first tell each other that they love one another I think its more than that because in the letter how he talks about her and thinking she would never see it but still talks so highly of her really is more than just them saying I love you. This was very hard to chose because through out the whole book John Green just makes you fall so into the you forget its really just a book

creative writing post #1 broken to pieces
Broken To Pieces.
It even says it right as you turn the game on, also with a nagging mom in the background “Don’t you need that bracelet thing Sofia? That’s going to go right through the TV screen.” If only then I would have listened to her.
It was a cold day in the middle of winter break, too cold to do anything. So why not sit inside and play games with warm cups of hot chocolate waiting at our sides. After playing in the snow for a while, sledding, even with our cherry red, wind burnet cheeks we sat wanting to stay out longer and try to hide from my mom so that she couldn’t find us so we just had to stay out and play longer but when she was getting frustrated with us goofing off we had to go inside. Once we played some bored games and was bored to death we decided to play the newest, coolest, game in the world the brand new Christmas gift I got that was only just a few days old the Wii. But little did we know that us playing would cause so much trouble.
About after we played for a half hour my friend suggests “why don’t we play just dance?” The new game that lets you dance around, and make you feel like you’re on a stage performing to some of your favorite songs. So of course I agreed with just a
“you’re going down!” I slid the disk into the Wii, and once again right in front of our face the game credits rolled by warning you again with the word DANGER written across the top with huge arrows pointing to the wrist bracelet. Still didn’t listen.
Half way through our fifth or sixth dance our scores are just a point off from each other I start to exaggerate the moves of the dance flapping my arms all around like a fish out of water. Laughing at the dance performance I’m putting on, the remote slips out of my hand. It all looks like its happening in slow motion. My mouth drops open with my hands slowly meeting up grabbing my head as I process what all is going on. As the remote fly’s through the air but its path gets interjected with the corner of the TV screen causing it to drop and hit head on with the picture frames that rest to the side, before it takes its last hit and crashes into the fall and slides down as it falls to pieces.
Just standing there in shock of what is going on as the TV is stacked and vibrating off of the hit it just receive In the background as I hear footsteps picking up speed as they got closer and closer. My mom turns the corner and exams the whole living room and sees what all she had just missed. Looking around then to me her arms bend at her elbow and she pressed her hand into a fist that her hands started to turn white, she might as well just have smoke steaming out of her ears. “WHAT did you do!” she exclaimed as her eyebrows crease up in anger “what did you do Sofia!” she continues .“I told you to put the safety bracelet on or it will fly off! I told you that!”
“I’m SO sorry mom it was an accident!” not knowing what to say as I pick up the fallen picture frames that ironically is a all smiles family photo from the beach.
Once I walked my friend home and go to her after she’s calmed down sat in the kitchen “Is it alright, the TV and Remote?” I asked concerned more to hear about the amount of trouble im in rather than the remote itself. .
“Just wait in till your dad see’s this you’re brand new game not even a week old Sofia, you lucky you didn’t break the TV too.” She sneers back at me after I let out a breath that I didn’t break the TV.
My dad gets home later on and I think to myself that I need to tell him before my mom gets him first. As I’m sitting on the couch I hear the door lock start creek open I jump up and run to the door to greet him even before the door is all the way open. “DAD LET ME EXSPLAIN IT WAS A ACCIDENT I SWEAR IT WAS A ACCIDENT!” Slurring my words I’m talking so fast as I feel my moms eyes glaring through the back of my head as she’s resting at the corner. “What are you talking about sofia?” my dad says while dropping the mail in his hands on the dining room table.
“ I broke the remote to the WII and maybe hurt the TV a little.” I say looking down at feet moving side to side. “ That brand new game that you just got!?” “Yes...” I say quietly. He dismisses it walking past me shaking his head letting out a large sigh.
My mom shows him the remote that’s in pieces. I didn’t think I flew with that force that it would hit and fall the pieces. After they talk my punishments is I get my new game that I love taken for 2 weeks and to make it worse have to do chores so I can pay for a new remote. I guess it could be worse I think to myself.
Its almost 5 years later though I don’t play the game nearly as much as I used to nor would I cry if I got it taken away. But the times I do like on holidays with cousins the first thing I do before the game is even on, is check to see everyone’s got their bracelet on so we never have to go through that misery again.
